Due to the high safety standards of Elevated Work Platforms’ covered by AS2255.10, service intervals are at standard every 3 months. This means more peace of mind whilst working at heights.

Every service is followed up by a customer service representative to give you the opportunity to provide feedback on your experience. This feedback enables ASPAC Service to constantly improve our level of service to our customers.

Genuine Parts are only available at authorised ASPAC Service Centres. Always request Genuine Parts to ensure your equipment is maintained correctly.

ASPAC’s qualified technicians can carry out 10-year Major Inspections on all makes and models of Elevated Work Platforms. Due to the stringent requirements of AS2550.10 – after 10 years of operation an Elevated Work Platform must be stripped down to the point where critical components can be thoroughly inspected and crack tested.

Diagnostic support

  • Our knowledgeable and experienced technicians are available at agreed upon time allotments to assist with fault finding and diagnosis for third party service providers.
  • Our technicians are experienced with products from the manufacturers of the Athena Bi-Levelling scissor lift, Zeus by Teupen, Zeus by Bluelift, Hinowa and Pegasus scissor lifts.
  • This service is charged at an hourly rate depending on time required to assist with the repair or diagnosis of a particular machine.

After Hours

  • ASPAC Group can be contacted for phone assistance out of hours during the event of a machine emergency.
  • If work is planned outside of standard business hours, please notify ASPAC Group or one of ASPAC Groups service agents 24 Hours prior to ensure a suitable support person can be available.

At ASPAC Group we understand keeping track of elevated work platform maintenance can sometimes be difficult with machines moving constantly to new worksites, or for some of our larger clients, you may have complex budgets that need costs to be forecasted well in advance.

This has led ASPAC to initiate a Scheduled Maintenance Program.

How It Works

  • ASPAC will supply a no obligation Service Agreement Proposal clearly outlining all costs, inclusions and exclusions.
  • Once agreed upon an ASPAC Service Technician will pro-actively attend to your machine periodically, as required services and inspections are due, provide a full written report of works completed and suggest ways to minimise any future down time.

ASPAC Group warrants its products against defects in materials and workmanship for a standard period of TWO YEARS for all from the date of delivery; (the “Warranty Period”).

The warranty is fully comprehensive and covers possible faults of components or assembly errors, the repair or replacement of defective components and labour hours required to complete necessary repairs.

If a customer discovers a defect in the machine during the Warranty Period, beyond the limitations listed below, ASPAC Group will repair or, at ASPAC Group’s sole discretion, replace the defective component.

The labour hours necessary to rectify a fault are indicated in the manufacturer’s allowed time schedule. Limited travel can be covered in order to access a machine. This must be pre-authorised by ASPAC prior to repair.

Any deemed major repairs required will be returned to the workplace of the closest authorised service agent. Any warranty repairs are to be carried out during standard business hours. Charges may apply if any repairs are required outside of these operating hours.
